The Layout

Arrive through secure drive-in access with ample parking for multiple vehicles.

The upper level is the heart of the home, an expansive open-plan living area with built-in TV unit, fireplace bar area, and a well-equipped kitchen. Double sliding doors open completely onto a sea-facing patio, blurring the line between inside and out. The kitchen is fitted with a hob and double oven, twin fridges, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso machine, with easy access to the pool courtyard for effortless outdoor entertaining.

Also on the upper level, 2 en-suite bedrooms sleep 4 guests, each with a dressing room and private patio framing gorgeous sea and garden views.

Descend to the ground floor for 4 further bedrooms sleeping 8 guests, each positioned to capture sea or tropical garden views,  ideal for families with young children, with direct access to the beach gate steps away.

At the Beach

A charming deck of railway sleeper benches and a table sits at the water’s edge, the perfect perch for watching surfers, kite surfers and passing dolphin pods, or catching the sunrise paint a silver path across the sea.

The famous “Tiffany’s” reef sits directly in front of the house, offering excellent swimming, free diving and crayfishing in season. Rock pools nearby keep little ones happily occupied, with great mussel picking in season. Head north over the rocks or south along wide open beaches for long, unhurried walks.

Summers are warm and joyful. Winters are mild, clear and quietly beautiful.
